a minha nao tem nem um mês e rachou no meio... ok, foi minha 1a tentativa em porcelana. e a irnoia eh q a escultura chama 'iconoclasta'

mine is not even a month onld and already cracked in half... it was my 1st attempt at porcelain and the irony is that it's called 'iconoclast'

eu me lembro de quando vi um trabalho desses pela 1a vez, numa feira de arte ha uns 10 ou 12 anos atrás... e foi justamente no contexto da feira q percebi como a obra era radical! adoro. ela eh a rainha do gore-art

i remember when i saw a work like this for the 1st time, in an art fair some 10 or 12 yrs ago. and it was precisely in the context of the fair that it dawned on me how radical the work was. i love it. she's the gore-art queen.

my former boss robert wilson recently sent me a book of his 'voom portraits', which are video portraits of actors, artists etc. i love this one of willem dafoe as a sort of freddy krueger character.
